Return Policy – Herbs SRA
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.

It must include the original packaging and proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
⚠️ Opened or partially used supplement bottles cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at herbssra@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:

Opened or used supplement bottles

Products not in their original packaging

Items returned after 30 days of delivery
We do not accept returns on items purchased during a clearance sale or promotion, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges
If you would like a different item, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
